Our home is the CHQ Building, a grade one listed building, dating back to 1820 when it was built as a new bonded warehouse to store large and valuable cargos of tobacco, tea and spirits. Its sense of history and striking aesthetic will undoubtedly add a memorable atmosphere to your special day.
Located in the heart of the IFSC, we are easily accessible by car, on foot public transport such as the LUAS that stops right beside us. There are a number of hotels in our vicinity for any accommodation requirements.
Each celebration is tailored individually, taking into account your tastes, budget and vision for your celebration.
The Space
Whether you are looking for an intimate setting with your nearest and dearest, or a big event with 300 guests, our vaults are modular and flexible, ideal for celebrations of all shapes and sizes. We offer an amazing and unique backdrop for this most cherished of memories.
The Reception
Offer your guests a welcome drink and mingle with friends and family in our vaulted, open plan bar with ample space with its large, flexible standing capacity ideal for receptions or after dinner entertainment. Why not have our talented bartenders craft a personalised cocktail in celebration of your day.
The Dinner
Enjoy our delicious, inventive and beautifully presented menu in a truly special and atmospheric setting - three connected 200 year old limestone vaults with a capacity of 250 people seated.
Our dishes have been carefully crafted and use only high quality, locally sourced ingredients. Offering a fresh and inventive twist to traditional Irish fare, the Chefs bring together flavours from their travels around the world and local seasonal ingredients to create food you will fall in love with.
The Drinks
With a wine list of over 170 wines that boasts rare bottles from all corners of the world, over 200 craft beers - including many limited-edition bottles - and an extensive cocktail list, there is something to suit everyone. You also have the option to try our own exclusive beers which are crafted on-site. Our resident brewers use traditional methods with quirky ingredients to create innovative, exciting beers that you won’t find anywhere else.
The After Party
Dance the night away to your band or dj of choice. Our vaults are ideally suited for partying. Music and air conditioning can be customised in each individual vault so older relatives can sit down while you get down

They went through all our queries. They gave us what turned out to be excellent advice on what we needed and didn’t need in terms of food and drink and we felt they genuinely had our interests at heart instead of trying to get as much money as possible out of us!
The food was absolutely amazing and one of the reasons we picked it as a venue. It was top level restaurant food and they was important to us. We got so many compliments on that meal and some of our guests have told us they plan on returning to the restaurant.
The service was beyond brilliant. There were no delays at all which is always impressive with bigger numbers. The staff were not just efficient but warm and friendly. The venue itself is beautiful and we have so many photos with gorgeous backdrops.

We would like to thank all of the staff on the night who were absolutely brilliant!! The service could not have been better and we have been getting non stop compliments from friends and family on how great the venue, staff and food were. One of the staff members even brought out a canapé of beet burgers for one of our vegetarian guests without asking, and another waited with Kevin’s family outside to ensure they got into a taxi ok. They really went above and beyond.

"Having a Dublin city centre wedding was a magical experience (yes, even in 2020!) But, what made our city centre wedding even more magical was having our reception at Urban Brewing. The historical vaults and beauty of the venue was breath-taking. The history behind the venue made the experiencer richer, but the attention to detail by the Urban Brewing team really tied it altogether. The large selection of beer, drinks and delicious food were all well appreciated by our guests. We can't stress enough how delicious the food was! Even in the midst of a pandemic, the UB staff provided the most pleasant experience. All our interactions with them really showed that they wanted to ensure we had nothing but a perfect day, and that it certainly was."
